As a member of a global community of executive leaders, Jacqueline contributed to a publication on navigating Organizational Intelligence in today’s complex environment. This book, part of a series published by Springer Nature, is built around the Three-Pillar Model, developed by Peter Wollmann. The model highlights three essential pillars for thriving in the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world of leadership and organizational design: Sustainable Purpose, Traveling Organization, and Connectivity. Jacqueline contributed a chapter titled Navigating the Unknown in Organizations – and How to Read the Respective Organizational Capabilities.
