As a member of a global community of executive leaders, Jacqueline contributed to a publication on navigating Organizational Intelligence in today’s complex environment. This book, part of a series published by Springer Nature, is built around the Three-Pillar Model, developed by Peter Wollmann. The model highlights three essential pillars for thriving in the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world of leadership and organizational design: Sustainable Purpose, Traveling Organization, and Connectivity. The book delves into how leaders rapidly understand their organizations, focusing on managing change, transformation, sustainability, and aligning with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Jacqueline contributed a chapter titled Navigating the Unknown in Organizations – and How to Read the Respective Organizational Capabilities. In this chapter, she explores unconventional strategies, encouraging leaders to adopt a new perspective on how they perceive and engage with both familiar and unfamiliar organizations. Her insights focus on a deeper analysis of how behaviours, thoughts, and relationships align with core human qualities to support this innovative approach to leadership.
